SYMPTOMS

When you play audio files on a computer by using the Zune software, the audio may sound like crackling or static. Or, the audio may stutter.

THINGS TO TRY

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  2. Turn off video enhancement in the Zune software. To do this, follow these steps:
    1. In the Zune software, click Settings, and then click Display.
    2. Under Graphics and Video Enhancement, click Disable Video Enhancement.
    3. Click OK.
    4. Exit the Zune software, and then restart the Zune software so that the change takes effect.
