SYMPTOMS
You cannot play content that you downloaded from the Zune Marketplace on an Xbox 360.
CAUSE
This problem may occur if the content is downloaded to a folder is not recognized by the Zune software.
THINGS TO TRY
To resolve this problem, add the folder to the list of monitored folders in the Zune software. To do this, follow these steps:
- Start the Zune software.
- Click Settings.
- Next to Music, click ADD FOLDER.
- Locate and then click the folder where the content is located, and then click OK.
- Next to Video, click ADD FOLDER.
- Locate and then click the folder where the content is located, and then click OK.
- Click Apply.
