SYMPTOMS
When you use the Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007 Add-in for Microsoft Office Outlook to access the Meet Now meeting options, the Meet Now Options button is not displayed on the toolbar.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the Meet Now meeting options are available for editing only after the Meet Now meeting is created.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, log on to the Live Meeting Manager Web site. Then, edit the Meet Now meeting options.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
