    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0

The hotfix that is discussed in this article is not available for the Chinese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or for the Japanese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook. You use the Presend Callout event to retrieve information about the regarding object for an e-mail message. Then, you use Microsoft Office Outlook to create an e-mail message and to send the e-mail message. In this scenario, you do not have access to the regarding object that is retrieved by the Presend Callout event. Therefore, to access the regarding object that is retrieved by the Presend Callout event, you must use the Microsoft Dynamics CRM e-mail entity to send the e-mail message.
