The hotfix that is discussed in this article is not available for the Chinese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or for the Japanese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
SYMPTOMS
Consider the following scenario in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. On the Set Personal Options page, you set a number in the Records Per Page field. Then, you open the Opportunity page to view the orders that are related to the opportunity entity that is currently open. In this scenario, the number of records that are displayed on the Opportunity page differs from the number that you set in the Records Per Page field. Additionally, the navigation buttons at the lower-right corner of the Opportunity page are unavailable.
This problem occurs if the number of available orders is larger than the number that you set in the Records Per Page field.
RESOLUTION
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 hotfix information
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft. However, it is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 update rollup that contains this hotfix.

Installation information
Install this hotfix on computers that are running the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 server or the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Microsoft Office Outlook.
Prerequisites
You must have Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 installed to apply this hotfix.
Restart requirement
If you are prompted to restart the computer, you must restart the computer after you apply this hotfix.
Removal information
To remove this hotfix from a computer that is running Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, or Microsoft Windows 2000, use Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel. System administrators can use the Spuninst.exe tool to remove this hotfix from a computer that is running Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, or Windows 2000.
The Spuninst.exe tool is located in the %Windir%\$NTUninstallKB941594$\Spuninst folder.
