SYMPTOMS

After you run the PublishReports.exe tool to publish a custom report in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, the data source of an existing report is damaged. If you run the existing report, you receive the following error message:

Reporting Services Error The report server cannot process the report. The data source connection information has been deleted. (rsInvalidDataSourceReference)

System administrators can use the Spuninst.exe tool to remove this hotfix from a computer that is running Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, or Windows 2000.

The Spuninst.exe tool is located in the %Windir%\$NTUninstallKB940744$\Spuninst folder.
