SYMPTOMS
Daylight saving time (DST) for New Zealand starts on a different day in 2007 and in 2008 than it did in 2006. In 2007 and in 2008, DST starts at 2:00 A.M. on the last Sunday in September. Additionally, DST ends at 3:00 A.M. on the first Sunday in April. This hotfix package updates Outlook 2007 so that it automatically adjusts to these DST changes.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, apply hotfix 939596. Additionally, if you use a mailbox that is located on a server that is running Microsoft Exchange 2003, you must also apply hotfix 937653.
