SYMPTOMS

When you open an e-mail message in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook, the Track in CRM toolbar button and the Regarding toolbar button on the CommandBar toolbar do not have a graphic. This problem occurs if the following conditions are true:

  • You have Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 installed, and the Microsoft Office Multilingual User Interface is installed.
  • The Outlook 2003 language setting is not English.
  • In the Options dialog box in Outlook 2003, you selected the Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages check box on the Mail Format tab.
