CAUSE

This issue occurs because Windows Vista does not recognize the installer for the Adobe Encore DVD 2.0 Library folder as a valid installer.

The installer for the Adobe Encore DVD 2.0 Library folder differs from the installer for the Adobe Encore DVD 2.0 program files. The installer for the Adobe Encore DVD 2.0 Library folder has its own unique product code and unique .msi file. Therefore, even though you successfully install the Adobe Encore DVD 2.0 program files, the Library folder may not be available.
