The hotfix that is discussed in this article is not available for the Chinese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or for the Japanese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
SYMPTOMS
When you run the Distribute Campaign Activity function in the Czech version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, the marketing campaign activities do not display the extended characters. When this problem occurs, you receive the following message:

RESOLUTION
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft. However, it is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 service pack that contains this hotfix.

Installation information
Install this hotfix on computers that are running the Czech version of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 server software or the Czech version of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Microsoft Office Outlook software.
Prerequisites
You must have the Czech version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 installed to apply this hotfix.
Restart requirement
If you are prompted to restart the computer, you must restart the computer after you apply this hotfix.
Removal information
To remove this hotfix from a computer that is running Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Microsoft Windows XP, or Windows 2000, use Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel. System administrators can use the Spuninst.exe tool to remove this hotfix from a computer that is running Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Microsoft Windows XP, or Windows 2000.
