SYMPTOMS
You install security update 925938 and security update 929969 for Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. After you do this, delivery status notifications (DSNs) for read and unread e-mail messages are unexpectedly generated in your personal folders (.pst) file.
CAUSE
This issue occurs when the .pst file is corrupted.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, use the Scanpst.exe application to remove the DSNs from the .pst file.
