The hotfix that is discussed in this article is not available for the Chinese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or for the Japanese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
SYMPTOMS
You customize the Account entity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. If you add address fields to a lookup view, the address fields do not appear when you use the lookup feature.
For example, this problem may occur with the following fields:
- Address 1: Name
- Address 1: Street 2
- Address 1: Street 3
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the ISHIDDEN field is incorrectly set to 0 for some address fields. This behavior occurs when you add the address field to a lookup view to customize the Account entity.
RESOLUTION
Hotfix information
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft. However, it is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 service pack that contains this hotfix.

Removal information
To remove this hotfix from a computer that is running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Outlook or Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Server, use Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel. System administrators can use the Spuninst.exe tool to remove this hotfix from a computer that is running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Outlook or Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Server.
The Spuninst.exe tool is located in the %Windir%\$NTUninstallKB934315$\Spuninst folder.
