SYMPTOMS
You cannot install ProClarity Desktop Professional on a Microsoft Windows XP-based computer that does not have Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) installed.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because ProClarity Desktop Professional requires that Windows XP SP2 is installed. Windows XP SP2 provides some features that are required by ProClarity Desktop Professional. If you install ProClarity Desktop Professional on a computer that does not have Windows XP SP2 installed, these features are not supported.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
