SYMPTOMS

E-mail messages that are tracked in Exchange System Manager display an incorrect tracked time. The tracked time is one hour fast. This problem occurs after you apply the hotfix that is described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article on a computer that is running Microsoft Exchange Server 2003:

RESOLUTION
