The Zune support page opens when you try to sign in to Zune Marketplace

SYMPTOMS

When you try to sign in to the Zune Marketplace, you cannot sign in. Additionally, you are redirected to the following Zune Web site:

CAUSE

We may be experiencing a Windows Live service outage.

THINGS TO TRY

  1. Follow these steps to determine whether there are any reported Windows Live outages:
    1. Visit http://www.zune.net/en-US/support. View the Zune Marketplace Service Status page.
    2. Visit http://support.live.com/. View the Network Status area.
  2. Make sure that your computer's date and time settings are accurate.
  3. If the issue persists and there are no reported outages, we recommend that you follow the steps in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

    929642 You receive error code 87, 10065, 10113, or 10114 if you try to sign in to the Zune Marketplace or you try to play content from the Zune Marketplace
