SYMPTOMS
When you try to sign in to the Zune Marketplace, you are redirected back to the sign in page and prompted again to sign in.
THINGS TO TRY
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Enable the Active Scripting for Microsoft Internet Explorer. To do this, follow these steps:
- Close the Zune software.
- Click Start, click Run, type inetcpl.cpl, and then click OK.
- On the Security tab, click Custom Level.
- Under Active Scripting, click Enable, and then click OK.
- Click OK.
- Open the Zune software.
- Try to sign in.
- If step 1 did not work and you are using Norton Antivirus Software, we recommend that you disable the block for Norton Antivirus Active Scripting. To do this, follow these steps:
- Close the Zune software.
- Start Norton Antivirus.
Note If Norton Antivirus is installed as part of Norton System Works or Norton Internet Security, start that program. - Click Options. If you see a menu, click Norton Antivirus.
- In the left pane, click Script Blocking.
- In the right pane, click to clear the Enable Script Blocking (recommended) check box.
- Click OK.
- Open the Zune software.
- Try to sign in.
