The hotfix that is discussed in this article is not available for the Chinese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or for the Japanese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
SYMPTOMS
You experience a time-out and slow performance when you use the Microsoft CRM Connector for Microsoft Dynamics GP to perform one of the following actions:
- Add or update records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 after the records have been integrated in Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0
- Add or update records in Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0 after the records have been integrated in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0
Additionally, the following error message is logged in the Application log on the Microsoft CRM Connector server:
Time-out error messages may also be logged in the Integration Monitor tool for Microsoft CRM Connector.
RESOLUTION
Hotfix information
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next service pack that contains this hotfix.

Removal information
