SYMPTOMS

When you submit an existing Microsoft Office InfoPath 2007 form in a browser and then create a new, blank form, the existing form is reopened.

Steps to reproduce this problem

  1. Open a blank form template.
  2. Add a text box control to the form template.
  3. On the Tools menu, click Submit Options.
  4. In the Submit Options dialog box, click to select the Allow users to submit this form, and then click Advanced.
  5. In the After submit list, click Create a new, blank form.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Publish the form template to an InfoPath Form Services site.
  8. Open a form in the browser, type Hello, save the form as Form1.xml, and then close the form.
  9. Open Form1.xml in the browser, and then click Submit.
