Excel: Semicolon Should be Used to Separate Rows of an Array

The information in this article applies to:

  • Microsoft Excel for Windows, version 4.0
  • Microsoft Excel for the Macintosh, version 4.0

SUMMARY

On page 163 of the version 4.0 "Microsoft Excel User's Guide 1," the array formula

   {=TRANSPOSE({1,2,3:"A","B","C"})}
