Microsoft has released a service pack for Microsoft Office Visio 2003. INTRODUCTION
Microsoft Office Visio 2003 Service Pack 3 (SP3) contains significant security improvements in addition to stability improvements. Some fixes that are included with Visio 2003 SP3 have been previously released as separate updates. This service pack combines them into one update.

Multilingual User Interface Pack
This article describes changes that are made in Visio 2003 SP3 and in Visio 2003 Service Pack 3 for Multilingual User Interface Pack. If you use the Multilingual User Interface Pack, you should install both Visio 2003 SP3 and Visio 2003 SP3 for Multilingual User Interface Pack to make sure that Visio 2003 is up to date.

Removal information
You cannot remove this download by using Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel. To remove Visio 2003 SP3 from the computer, you must remove Visio 2003. If you update your administrative installation point, and you recache and reinstall Visio 2003 on client computers, you can run a command line that includes the REINSTALL=[list of features] property. This property specifies whether you want to reinstall specific components of Visio 2003 from the administrative image. For Visio 2003 SP3, the value for [list of features] is as follows:
