SYMPTOMS
When you work with your e-mail program and Microsoft Office OneNote 2007, some OneNote 2007 features may not be available to your e-mail program.
CAUSE
This issue occurs because OneNote 2007 is fully compatible only with Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 and later versions of Microsoft Outlook.
RESOLUTION
To resolve the compatibility issues that you may experience with OneNote 2007 and your e-mail program, upgrade to Outlook 2003 or a later version of Outlook.
