SYMPTOMS
When you use the Lcsimpac.wsf script to import Exchange Instant Messaging contacts and Exchange Instant Messaging permissions to a Microsoft Office Live Communications Server 2005 database, you receive an error message that resembles the following:
CAUSE
The Lcsimpac.wsf script cannot read user names, such as O'brien@fabrikam.com, that contain an apostrophe (').
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, install Live Communications Server 2005 together with Service Pack 1 Resource Kit.
