SYMPTOMS
The lower-right quadrant of the Ring of Light flashes red on the front of the Xbox 360 console. You receive one of the following error codes:

CAUSE
This behavior occurs when an Xbox 360 Hard Drive hardware failure occurs.
THINGS TO TRY
- Turn off the console.

- Reattach the hard drive, and then turn on the console. If the problem persists, discuss replacement options with the agent.
- Obtain the latest automatic update for the Xbox 360. To do this, connect to Xbox Live.
- If you continue to experience this behavior, contact Xbox Customer Service.
