SYMPTOMS

You install security update 912812 on client computers in your organization. After you do this, users who are running Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 (SP1) or Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 2 (SP2) can no longer join Microsoft Exchange 2000 Conferencing Server.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because of the security improvements that are contained in security update 912812. After you install this security update, Internet Explorer prevents the Netmeeting ActiveX control from loading.
