  • Groove Virtual Office 3.0 Project Edition
  • Groove Virtual Office 3.1 Professional Edition

SYMPTOMS

You may notice that you cannot see changes to forms and to views that were made by other members. This behavior occurs when Forms Manager contains unresolved changes.

WORKAROUND

If you made changes that you want to save, save these changes. Then, publish your changes to Groove by using one of the following methods:

  • In Microsoft Office Groove 2007, click Publish Sandbox.
  • In Groove Virtual Office 3.x or Groove Workspace 2.x, click Save to Groove.

You cannot use this workaround if you made changes that you do not want to save, and you clicked Cancel to leave the process. In this case, you must discard those changes to see the changes that another member saved.

To discard your changes in Groove 2007 or in Groove Virtual Office 3.x, click Discard Sandbox.

To discard your changes in Groove Workspace, follow these steps:

  1. Click New Form in Forms Manager.
  2. Make a change, and then click Save.
  3. Click Forms Manager in Forms Manager.
  4. Click Discard Changes.

MORE INFORMATION

For example, this behavior occurs in the following scenario. You begin to create a form in the New Forms tool. Then, you click Cancel to exit the Create Form dialog box. In this scenario, Forms Manager is empty. Only the New Form option is available.

Note This behavior occurs in other scenarios also.
