The Polish special "S" character is not typed when you press ALT GR+S in the Polish version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0

The hotfix that is discussed in this article is not available for the Chinese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or for the Japanese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.


SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario. You open an entity form in the Polish version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. You then press ALT GR+S to type the Polish special "S" character in the form. In this scenario, the Polish special "S" character is not typed. Additionally, the entity form is unexpectedly saved and closed.

Notes

  • The ALT GR key is the right ALT key.
  • In most language versions of Microsoft CRM 3.0, if you open an entity form and then type one of the following keyboard shortcuts, the entity form is saved and closed:
    • CTRL+S
    • ALT GR+S
    • ALT+S


RESOLUTION
