INTRODUCTION
This article describes how to obtain the activation key for a license that you purchased from the Groove Store.

When you purchased a Groove license from the Groove Store on the Groove Web site, you were prompted to create an account on www.groove.net. This account used your e-mail address as the logon name and used a passphrase of your choice.
When your purchase was completed and processed, the activation key was added to your account on www.groove.net. To obtain this key, follow these steps:
- Visit the following Web site: Click Log In at the top of the page.
- Log on by entering the e-mail address and the passphrase that you used to purchase the software.
Note If you forget your passphrase, click Click here for help. A new passphrase will be sent to the e-mail address with which the account was created. You cannot have the new passphrase sent to a different e-mail address. - On the left side of the page, click My Software.
- Copy the activation key on the My Software page, and then paste the key in the Activate Groove Virtual Office screen.
Note If you recently installed a licensed version of Groove, this screen appears automatically. If you are upgrading your edition of Groove, open the Groove Account Activation Wizard. To do this, click Activate Product on the Help menu in any Groove window.
