This article describes how to download all the Groove Workspace 2.x Help files at the same time.

When you install Groove Virtual Office 3.x, all the Help files are copied to the computer during the installation process. In Groove Workspace 2.x, the Help file for a Help topic is downloaded when you access the Help topic for the first time.
To download all the Groove Workspace 2.x Help files at the same time, follow these steps:
- Visit the following Microsoft Web site:
- Click the Help link that corresponds to the version of Groove Workspace that you have installed on the computer. The Help files for that version will be downloaded and installed.
Note The Groove Workspace CD includes all the Help files. If you installed Groove Workspace 2.x from a CD, you do not have to download the Help files if you are still running the same version of Groove Workspace. However, if you installed Groove Workspace 2.x from a CD and then used the "Update Groove" function on the Groove Networks Web site to upgrade to a more recent version of Groove Workspace, you have to obtain the new Help files from the Groove Networks Web site.
