SYMPTOMS
After you install Microsoft Content Management Server (MCMS) 2002 Service Pack 2 (SP2), the following problems occur:
- The MCMS Template Explorer disappears from Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003.
- When the language settings are not set to English, you receive the following error message in Microsoft Visual Studio 2005:
