SYMPTOMS
After you install Update Rollup 2 for Microsoft CRM 1.2, letters do not appear on the alphabet bar.
This problem occurs in the following versions of Microsoft CRM 1.2:
- Portuguese (Brazilian)
- Italian
- French

Hotfix information

Removal information
You can remove this hotfix from a computer that is running Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Microsoft Windows XP, or Microsoft Windows 2000. To do this, use the Add or Remove Programs item in Control Panel.
System administrators can use the Spunist.exe utility to remove this hotfix from a computer that is running Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, or Windows 2000. The Spuninst.exe utility is located in the following folder:
