SYMPTOMS
Consider the following scenario. You have a Microsoft Windows CE 5.0-based device. You use Microsoft Internet Explorer configured in the TV-Style Navigation mode with the scroll adorner feature enabled. In this scenario, you cannot use the mouse to select and open hyperlinks on several Web sites.
