SYMPTOMS

A print server that is configured in Microsoft Windows Server 2003 or in Microsoft Windows 2000 tries to process certain print jobs. However, in this situation, you receive an error message that resembles the following:


STOP: 0x00000050 (0xA22E7000,0x00000000,0xA00CDC61,0x00000001)
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

CAUSE

This problem occurs because Windows incorrectly processes the size of the buffer that stores the GRADIENT_TRIANGLE bitmap structures.
