SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Commerce Server 2002, the CSAuthFilter Internet Server API (ISAPI) filter redirects users to the Nocookie.asp page when the total cookie size is larger than 4 kilobytes (KB).

Prerequisites

You must apply Commerce Server 2002 Service Pack 3 (SP3) before you apply this hotfix.

Restart requirement

You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this hotfix. However, you must restart Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) after you apply this hotfix. To do this, click Start, click Run, type iisreset, and then click OK.

Hotfix replacement information

This hotfix does not replace any other hotfixes.
