SYMPTOMS
The Xbox 360 console automatically restarts for no noticeable reason.
CAUSE
This issue may occur for several reasons. These include the following:
- The On button is pressed.
- The Guide button on the controller or the remote controller is accidentally pressed.
- The Xbox 360 Hard Drive is not correctly installed.
THINGS TO TRY
- Make sure that the Guide buttons and the on/power button for the console are not pressed, and then restart the console.
- Turn off the console.
