SYMPTOMS
When you use a 32-bit program to print a document from a 64-bit version of Microsoft Windows, you may experience any of the following symptoms:
- Some or all of the objects on the page are not printed. A blank page may be ejected from the printer.
Note Some printer devices will not eject blank paper. - You may receive a Stop error message that is similar to one of the following:

The problem may occur only occasionally because the timing of the issue is very specific.

- You use Remote Desktop Connection or Terminal Services to connect to a 64-bit version of Windows.
- You print a document from a 32-bit program.
- You log off from the Remote Desktop Connection or from the Terminal Services session while the print job is still printing.
