Issues that the hotfix package fixes

This hotfix package fixes the following issue that was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

  • Consider the following scenario. You install the Thai language template pack for Windows SharePoint Services 2.0. Then, you create a Windows SharePoint Services 2.0 site based on a site template in the language template pack. You then configure the Alerts feature to send e-mail messages to notify users when the content that is in the site changes. However, the e-mail messages that are generated by the Alerts feature are incomplete. The text in the e-mail messages is truncated.
