SYMPTOMS

A Microsoft Windows Server 2003-based computer may stop responding unexpectedly. Additionally, you may receive the following Stop error message:

Stop 0x0000000A (0x00000806, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x804fd3aa) IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Note The four parameters in this error message vary.

CAUSE

This problem occurs if the computer loads a corrupted user profile.

RESOLUTION

Service pack information
