SYMPTOMS

When you generate an Exchange Mailbox Manager report from a computer that is running Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2), the report displays incorrect information. Both of the following symptoms occur:

  • The Mailbox Manager report displays incorrect information about the size of data in the mailbox.
  • The Mailbox Manager report incorrectly displays "null" instead of the correct number of kilobytes (KB) or megabytes (MB).

For example, Exchange Server 2003 SP2 generates a Mailbox Manager report that is similar to the following:
