PRB: Fonts May Change When Zooming Out in Print Preview

SYMPTOMS


Novice: Requires knowledge of the user interface on single-user computers.

Zooming out when you preview a report may cause the font to change to a generic font.

CAUSE


Microsoft Access chooses fonts so that the font displayed will always be readable. The normal font will be print as expected.

STATUS


This behavior no longer occurs in Microsoft Access for Windows 95 version 7.0.
