SYMPTOMS
The Microsoft Connected Services Framework Server 2.5 Consumer software development kit (SDK) does not correctly handle user credentials. Additionally, the Connected Services Framework Server 2.5 Consumer SDK does not correctly handle the ReplyTo attribute and the ReferenceProperties attribute in every case.
