SYMPTOMS

When you use the ISSOTicket.IssueTicket method to issue an Enterprise Single Sign-On server ticket in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004, and the domain name contains 15 or more characters, you may receive an error message that resembles the following:

80070057: Invalid parameter
