INTRODUCTION
This article describes the Outlook 2002 issue that is fixed in the Outlook 2002 post-Service Pack 3 hotfix package that is dated September 21, 2005.
Issue that the hotfix package fixes
This hotfix package fixes the following issue that was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
- You make changes on the All Fields tab of a contact in Outlook 2002. Then, you save and close the contact. When you perform an action, such as export the contact or synchronize your contacts to a mobile device, the changes that you made to the contact are not retained.
