SYMPTOMS
When you try to run the Wlbs Display command-line command on a computer that is running Microsoft Windows 2000, you receive the following error message:
CAUSE
This issue may occur if you have Update Rollup 1 for Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 (SP4) installed on the computer.
