SYMPTOMS
Folder and site information does not appear in real-time scan job notifications in Sybari Antigen for Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the virus scanning API in Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server provides Antigen only the document name and the document contents. The virus scanning API does not provide site, folder, or user information.
MORE INFORMATION
The real-time scan job notifications do not include folder information. Therefore, Antigen adds text to the notification to indicate whether the virus was handled during the scanning process or during the cleaning process. The notification includes the following text as appropriate:
- **During Scanning**
- **During Cleaning**
