SYMPTOMS
After you install Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1), scanning is not enabled in Sybari Antigen 7.5 for Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, stop and then restart the World Wide Web Publishing Service. When you restart the World Wide Web Publishing Service, the scanning process in Antigen 7.5 for SharePoint will be fully integrated with SharePoint Portal Server 2003.
