MORE INFORMATION

Known issues

For some monitors, certain resolutions could lead to display problems

Fable: The Lost Chapters provides support for a variety of resolution settings based on what your video card supports. However, the monitor that you are using may not support all these resolutions. Any display problems that you experience when you play the game may occur because of your display configuration. Your display configuration includes the video card, the monitor, the drivers, and so on. We recommend that you try various resolutions in-game so that you can revert to another setting if the monitor does not support the chosen resolution. See the documentation for the monitor that you are using or visit the monitor manufacturer's Web site for information about the native resolutions of the monitor.

LCD monitors provide poor image quality at non-native resolutions

See the monitor documentation or visit the monitor manufacturer's Web site for information about the native resolutions of the monitor.

For some video cards that have at least 64 MB of memory, you may receive an error message that states that your video card does not meet the minimum requirements

Your video card may have 64 MB of memory. However, the video card does not provide the texel and pixel shader support that Fable: The Lost Chapters requires. See your video card documentation or visit the video card manufacturer's Web site for information about the capabilities of your video card.

The brightness may be reset to the default setting if you press ALT+TAB to leave and then return to the game

If you press ALT+TAB to leave and then return to the game after you have changed the Brightness setting from its default setting, the brightness may be reset to the default setting.

To readjust the brightness, follow these steps:

  1. Press ESC to display the in-game menu.
