SYMPTOMS

When an authenticated user connects from a firewall client to another site or network through Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2004, the GetUserToken callback function does not return the User ID as you expect.

Note The GetUserToken callback function obtains an impersonation token of the authenticated user.
