SYMPTOMS
Consider the following scenario. In Microsoft Windows CE 5.0, you play an ASX file in Microsoft Windows Media Player. Playback of the ASX file switches to the next media source that is defined in the ASX file. In this scenario, you receive the following error message:
CAUSE
This problem occurs because of a change in Windows Media Player that was introduced in hotfix 884063. The problem occurs because a request to set the playback rate occurs when the FilterGraph is not valid.

Restart requirement
After you install this software update, you must perform a clean build of the whole platform. To clean the platform, click Clean on the Build menu. To build the platform, click Build Platform on the Build menu. You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this software update.
