SYMPTOMS

When you use the Terminal Server application on a computer that is running Microsoft Windows 2000, the Terminal Server application may stop responding. Additionally, you may receive a Stop error message that is similar to the following:

Stop 1E, {c0000005, a0109ba0, 0, a0cd3584}

CAUSE

This problem occurs because a Graphics Device Interface (GDI) object is released two times in Windows 2000.
