SYMPTOMS
Consider the following scenario:
- On a computer that is running Microsoft Windows XP, you create a custom registry key.
- You run the Sysprep utility (Sysprep.exe).
- You create a new subkey under the custom registry key.
In this scenario, you receive the following error message when you view the permissions on the new subkey:
